Refund policy

Return Window

At OXY PLUS, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or the packaging is damaged.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +974 33496289 with your order number and photos of the item. Once your return is approved, securely pack the item including your order details and follow the instructions provided by our support team for pickup or drop-off.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +974 33496289 with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team on WhatsApp. Once an order has been shipped, the return process applies instead.

Note

All processing is conducted Saturday to Thursday, with Friday being our weekly holiday. During busy periods, returns and refunds may take additional time, and we appreciate your patience.
