Shipping Policy — OXY PLUS (Qatar)

At OXY PLUS, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely across Qatar and internationally. Please review our shipping details below.

Domestic (Qatar) Delivery

Free next-day delivery is available across major cities in Qatar for all orders placed before 3:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Friday (our weekly holiday) will be processed the next business day.
Deliveries to remote or less-accessible areas of Qatar may take an additional 1–2 business days depending on courier availability.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide delivery via trusted courier partners.
Typical transit time: 3–7 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — meaning customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
