By using the OXY PLUS website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. All orders are subject to product availability, accurate information, and acceptance by our store.

Ordering

When placing an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if there are stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and must be paid at the time of purchase. The total order cost includes the product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.

Cancellations & Returns

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us on WhatsApp at +974 33496289. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, and you must follow the Return / Refund Policy for any returns or exchanges.

Delivery & Liability

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or customs inspections. All orders are governed by Qatari law.
